Our shared experiences of life in a pandemic
COVID Reflections aims to spread positivity through the shared experience of life in a pandemic. Initially a local project capturing the voices of children in the Hastings area the project has expanded to include contributors of all ages from all sectors sharing their experience of the pandemic in writing, artwork and multimedia.
This significant body of work will capture a nation’s experience in exceptional times.
COVID Reflections is our shared story. It’s how we’ve coped during the pandemic, how we’ve loved, laughed, and suffered. It’s how our hopes, fears, and desires have changed over the past year, and all we’ve learned about living together, apart.
We want to capture your voices through poetry, drawings, stories, and any other way you have reflected on life during a pandemic. From pregnancies to birth, through homeschooling and university life, employment and relationships, and illness and death.
Contribute now to this collection of work which will be curated for online and print publication by a diverse group of volunteer curators and editors.
